Selah is a pioneering boutique that seeks to redefine the conventional approach to indoor cycling through intimate class sizes and unmatched energy. 

Each session offers a comprehensive full-body workout aimed at rejuvenating and fortifying both mental and physical well-being. Our classes seamlessly integrate an exhilarating cardiovascular experience, precision bike movements, and holistic body toning, all enhanced by the impactful influence of music.

Step 1. Fuel Your Body

To ensure optimal performance, we recommend that you stay well-hydrated by drinking plenty of water and consider having a light snack to fuel your body before you ride.

Step 2. Get Your Gear

Please remember to bring a water bottle and running shoes along with you, we'll take care of the rest once you get here!

Step 3. Early Bird Gets The Bike

Arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled class time to ensure we can welcome you, and help you set up your bike to ride.

Step 4. Enjoy The Experience

Now you're ready to ride! Follow your instructor's guidance and allow the music to enhance your experience. We maintain a supportive environment, and it is perfectly acceptable to take a break whenever you need.

Step 5. Cool Down & Reflect

Following your ride, take a moment to cool down with an essential oil-infused towel and engage in some stretching exercises to help you relax. This is a valuable opportunity to appreciate the incredible capabilities of your body.

Yes. We are committed to fostering a community of dedicated individuals who share similar goals and values. We emphasize consistency and strive to establish a studio environment for those who are prepared to put in the effort. Our membership application serves as a means to ensure that we align with your objectives and aspirations.
We invite membership applications twice a year; however, please note that only a limited number of applicants will be accepted into our program. We encourage both experienced riders and individuals new to fitness to submit their applications. Once all applications have been submitted, we will conduct a thorough review. You will receive an acceptance letter if you are selected.
Our studio features a more compact space, resulting in smaller class sizes that foster a more personal experience. This environment helps to reduce the apprehension often associated with exercising in larger groups.
With seven bikes available in the studio, your experience will feel more approachable and supportive to help you reach your goals!
Of course! You'll love our classes, especially if you’re just starting out. Our instructors are here to help you get back into fitness at a pace that feels right for you, all while creating a supportive atmosphere to keep you motivated.
Yes, we recommend bringing your own cycling shoes for a more comfortable experience. Our bikes are compatible with any indoor running shoes, or SPD cycling cleats.
It's best to wear something you feel comfortable in. A tank top or t-shirt along with a sweater over top, paired with yoga pants or leggings. Please avoid any loose or baggy pants, as they can get caught in the pedals. 
Indoor cycling can be challenging, especially for beginners. However, the intensity can be adjusted to suit individual fitness levels and we always encourage new riders to go at their own pace.
