To ensure optimal performance, we recommend that you stay well-hydrated by drinking plenty of water and consider having a light snack to fuel your body before you ride.
Please remember to bring a water bottle and running shoes along with you, we'll take care of the rest once you get here!
Arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled class time to ensure we can welcome you, and help you set up your bike to ride.
Now you're ready to ride! Follow your instructor's guidance and allow the music to enhance your experience. We maintain a supportive environment, and it is perfectly acceptable to take a break whenever you need.
Following your ride, take a moment to cool down with an essential oil-infused towel and engage in some stretching exercises to help you relax. This is a valuable opportunity to appreciate the incredible capabilities of your body.
